Regarding the story of Jesus and your doubts, have you asked yourself a question whether there is any evidence that Jesus actually existed? For me there are none. Was the Holocaust real? Sure. My grandparents told me about it. But Jesus lived 2000 years ago, and the whole story could have changed a lot since then as no one lives who remember it.
